January 2012: Bereaved by Suicide Group
A new Bereaved by Suicide Group will commence at the Victoria Centre on the 30th January, meeting monthly on Monday evenings. This group is now full, however if you are interested in being notified of any future groups please email our Carers Worker, Neil Sowerby.
January 2012: Anxiety Management Course
A fresh run of this course commenced on the 24th of January. The course runs for 8 weeks, meeting once a week. If you are interested in attending a future run of the course please email our Link Worker, Jane Shirra.
January 2012: Job Vacancy
We are currently advertising a vacancy at FDAMH for a Drop-In Project Leader. If you are interested please go to the bottom of the Jobs/Volunteering page for further information and an application form. The deadline for applications is the 27th January 2012.

Carers Education Course |

A new run of this course will commence early in 2012, taking place once per week in an evening. There are still spaces available, if you are interested in taking part please contact the Carers Worker, Neil Sowerby. |

New Yoga Class! |

An informal yoga class will start at the Victoria Centre on 26th January, running on Thursdays at 3.30pm. If you are interested in joining the group please contact our Link Worker, Jane Shirra. |

Complementary Therapies |
|
Two volunteers are providing complementary therapies to service users, volunteers and staff at FDAMH. If you are interested please put your name down on the list available in the Drop-In Centre. Monthly on Thursdays: Indian Head Massage or Reflexology, 30 minute sessions. Fortnightly on Tuesdays 11am to 12.30pm: Hand massage in 15 minute sessions. |

|
FDAMH is the venue for a Falkirk Toastmasters group. Toastmasters is a club that helps people to develop their communication skills. People from all walks of life are invited to come along - the group meets on the second and forth Wednesday of each month.
