If you have a non-urgent information query, please email us at admin@fdamh.org.uk.

For immediate help or information, please contact your GP, NHS 24 (08454 242424) or your local social work office. You can also contact Breathing Space, the free confidential phone line, on 0800 83 85 87 (see www.breathingspacescotland.co.uk for opening hours).

Our Resource Service

FDAMH has a range of literature and information on topics that relate to mental health which can be accessed by visiting the Resource Room in the Victoria Centre. Regrettably it is not possible to provide a ‘lending service’ for some of the items in the resource room but visitors are free to browse through our small library of books, CD’s etc.

Please note if you would like use this service, it would be helpful if you contacted the Victoria Centre and made an appointment.
