This is a group of people who use or have used local adult mental health services. They meet once each month for friendship, mutual support and to talk about issues that will help to improve adult mental health services.

The group is run by the people who use it and is supported by a member of staff. The group meets once a month, normally on a Tuesday morning.

How The Group Works

It is up to you how you would like to contribute to the group, doing any or all of the below:

  • You can receive a regular monthly mailing to keep you up to date with what the group is involved with.
  • You can attend the monthly meetings.
  • You can go on to represent the views of the group.
