FALKIRK AND DISTRICT ASSOCIATION FOR MENTAL HEALTH

MEMBERSHIP FORM 2007 / 2008

 

As in previous years membership of the Association is open to anyone, but it is not compulsory.  Taking up membership gives you voting rights at Annual General Meetings and Extraordinary Meetings, and also entitles you to stand for office, however any individual is entitled to use the full facilities of the Association at any time, whether a member or not.

The membership year runs from 1 April to 31 March.
