This course takes place on Saturday mornings at FDAMH’s Victoria Centre for 7 weeks.
It is a structured programme which offers tools and techniques to relieve emotional and physical distress which are often experienced by those affected by cancer and will help you:
Learn to handle your thoughts, moods and emotions more effectively
Be better able to deal with your physical, mental, social and emotional difficulties
Finding new and effective ways of managing your stress, anxiety and pain
You must register to attend.
