To celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week and this year’s theme of Mindfulness, we’re taking off on a guided Mindfulness Walk! Whether you’ve never tried Mindfulness before and are just curious, or you’re already practising, come along with us as we journey Mindfully to either the Helix or Callendar Park. And don’t worry, you’ll be well-fueled with a healthy breakfast before we head off (for walkers only!). Please let us know if you’re coming along, so we know how many breakfasts to prepare!
