We run a variety of courses throughout the year, all of which have been developed to give participants the opportunity to learn about their mental health, increase their self-awareness and learn self-management skills. If can often also be a nice opportunity to meet people going through similar experiences in a supportive environment.

Positive Wellbeing – In this 8 session course we look at stress, anxiety, panic, depression, self-esteem & assertiveness. The aim being for participants to gain knowledge, skills and the ability to manage their wellbeing.
Promoting Better Sleep – Learn to change thoughts and behaviours that inhibit sleep and set personal goals that will enable a more restorative and rejuvenating sleep.
Improving Self-esteem & Communications – In this 8 session course gain knowledge, skills and the ability to increase your self-esteem, self-compassion and personal communication.
CBT for Anxiety – Gain knowledge of anxiety, develop self-awareness and learn to apply practical cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) techniques to identify, monitor and manage your anxiety.
Seasons for Growth – In this course we bring the cycle of loss and grief to life through the seasons. We aim to help individuals to work through the process of moving on and come out of the other side stronger and ready to take charge of the changes in their life. The course is suitable for those affected by any type of loss or change.
