FDAMH’s Media Group Take part in For Falkirk’s Sake

FDAMH’s Media group are performing at Falkirk’s newest Arts Festival, For Falkirk’s Sake. This is a new Festival for Falkirk which is run by a variety of local Artists, film makers, writers and poets, including local film maker Katie White.

The group have been asked to perform at Behind The Wall on the afternoon of Thursday 31st July from 2.00pm — 3.30pm. The show will include comedy sketches, poetry readings and music and will include favourites such as “Aunt Clara’s Problem pages” and “The Yoga Class”. Music will be provided by our very own singer songwriter Donnie Heron and the show will be interspersed with short poetry readings, both poignant and comical.

In addition to the performance, we will also be participating in the Festivals Art exhibition, which will be shown in BTW on Saturday 2nd August. Alongside other local artists and sculptors, members of the Media group will be exhibiting paintings and photography, which will be available for sale.
