FDAMH is a multi-award winning, dynamic, and highly-respected community-based mental health charity serving over 2,000 individuals each year.
Due to anticipated increasing demand for our services and planned development of the Association, we are seeking to employ an exceptional Operations Manager / Team Leader who can embrace our ethos and values and be dedicated to ensuring the delivery of quality services.
The primary task of this role is to be responsible for the day to day running of FDAMH and all that entails so the skills necessary to be successful in the role are wide and varied.
The new Operations Manager will work closely with FDAMH’s General Manager, joining a lively, supportive and professional team at our appealing purpose-built premises in Central Falkirk, close to Grahamston Train Station and major transport routes.
