The Village Tea Room, Stenhousemuir

17 King Street, Stenhousemuir

One of our volunteers reports:
“A very warm and friendly environment to visit for a quick bite to eat and a chat. Elaine and staff are fantastic and more than welcoming. You could go in yourself and come out having had a chat with everyone in there. Food is to an excellent standard and you get a good choice from breakfast rolls, to panini’s, toasties, delicious homemade soup (which is highly recommended) and last but not least freshly home baked pastries and cakes. It is a lovely clean wee cafe and very cosy. The only down side is it can seem very crowded when it is busy, so at the busy times maybe not best to go with someone who doesn’t like crowds or small spaces. My befriendee loves the place and only downside for her is the seats are triangular so not the comfiest too sit on but you soon forget that when you get chatting to everyone.”
