For: People experiencing or recovering from mental health problems. Families/unpaid carers of people with mental health issues.

About the activity:
This small, friendly group provides an hour of gentle yoga which is suitable for beginners.

Dates and Times: Tuesdays at 4pm for one hour. This activity runs continuously.

Takes place at: FDAMH’s Victoria Centre (Drop-In).

How to join this activity:
Ask a health or social care professional that you work with (or a FDAMH staff member from a service you use) to refer you using the Activity Groups referral form on the main Activity Groups page.
