This is a free course but you must be booked on to attend! To book your place please contact Neil Sowerby at FDAMH. This course aims to give you information about mental health, as well as ideas for coping with issues that might arise whilst you are helping or spending time with a friend or relative who has mental health problems. It will look at common difficulties and ways of dealing with these. You will have the opportunity to share with others who have had similar experiences and may have the same questions as you. Most people find the atmosphere supportive. As the group’s facilitators, we look forward to learning
