Our Freedom of Mind Choir is open to people experiencing or recovering from mental health problems; families/unpaid carers of people with mental health issues; and volunteers and staff from FDAMH. Our vocal workshops bring you all of the benefits of singing! We provide a very supportive environment where you will be able to relax and have fun. All levels of skill and experience welcome. Our vocal workshops are run by professional singer-songwriter Kim Edgar and practise runs every Wednesday afternoon. To find out about joining this group contact the Activities Coordinator at FDAMH on 01324 671600.

Taking place every Tuesday, this provides gentle yoga and a lovely opportunity to relax. As space is limited please speak to a member of staff before attending.
