35 hours per week (some evening and weekend work will be required)
£27,052 per annum

If you are invited to interview, please print, and complete our Criminal Convictions Form, using the accompanying Recruiting with Convictions Policy to help you. Forms should be submitted in a sealed envelope with your name and marked ‘Confidential – Criminal Convictions’. This will only be opened by our HR manager if you are offered the post, otherwise the unopened envelope will be securely destroyed.
If you are offered a post at FDAMH you will need to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme. This is a criminal record check and you will be provided with guidance and instructions on how to make an application.
