Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner

  • 35 hours per week (some evening and weekend work will be required)

  • £27,052 per annum 

Do you have a passion for supporting people to improve their mental health and wellbeing?
 
We are seeking an experienced practitioner with a proven track record of delivering holistic, therapeutic, solution-focused interventions and ongoing support to individuals experiencing emotional distress, anxiety, depression, low mood and stress.
 
As part of this role you’ll work across a range of services, so adaptability, strong organisational skills and effective time management are essential.
 
We’re looking for someone who combines professional expertise with excellent communication skills and a mature, person-centred approach, helping individuals achieve the outcomes that matter most to them while delivering a first-class service.
 
Experience in delivering training would be an advantage.
