Take on 40 for FDAMH

Take on the “40 For FDAMH” challenge and help us raise awareness of mental health!

Whether its running 40 miles, baking 40 cupcakes or catching 40 winks, this is your challenge, YOUR way! Whatever ’40’ you choose, we would love to hear about what you get up to!

If you would like to use the “40 For FDAMH” challenge to fundraise and help us to hit our £40,000 birthday year target during 2021, we have some tips to help you get started below.

Every penny you raise helps to support people in our community who are impacted by mental ill health. Here are just a few examples of how your help makes a difference!

5. That’s it…. you’re good to go!

Prefer to find an event to join? Here’s some ideas for 2021!
MAY & AUGUST – Virtual Kiltwalk in May and Live Event August 2021
Select ‘FDAMH’ as your charity when you sign up to boost your donations by another 50%!
This event is all about highlighting men’s health including the higher suicide rates that affect men.
Select a standard entry and set up your fundraising page.
NOVEMBER – Run in the dark at the Supernova 5K at the Kelpies in March.
Sign up for ‘Own Entry Fundraising’ and set up your own fundraising for FDAMH!
You don’t need running shoes!
