Become a Trustee

Could you be a Trustee?

Our voluntary Trustees bring an invaluable set of skills and oversight to our charity to help make sure FDAMH is the best it can be!

We currently have vacancies on our Board of Trustees. If you are a dynamic and motivated person with some time to spare and you have an interest in mental wellbeing, you might want to consider joining our Board.

Meetings are held quarterly on Wednesday evenings, at the Victoria Centre in Falkirk (or online if necessary). We are particularly interested in people who have personal knowledge or experience of mental health services, skills in strategic planning, financial management, fundraising, tendering contracts, or funding.

Just now we also have a Trustee position for a Finance Director, this requires someone with an in-depth understanding of business or charity finance, such as an accountant.

There is a formal interview process and references will be sought.

Trustees will receive induction to the organisation and further training if required. You can download our application form using the link at the side of this page or call us for a chat on 01324 671600.
